New Apple City Projects Limited, a subsidiary of New Concept Project Alliance Ltd. The company is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and relevant authorities. They are also the developers of Apple City, Mainland.

Yes, subscribers who have paid up on their land can re-sell their plots). The Company would require the seller to furnish the company with details of the buyer.
The company can act as your agent to help you re-sell the property at an agreed agency fee.
For change of ownership, 5% of the current market value covering change of ownership and other administrative costs shall be paid either by the transferor or transferee as shall be agreed by them to the Company.
No 12. What is the default charge?
At the expiration of an agreed period for the payment of the purchase price, the purchaser shall be required to pay the balance of the current market value except where the extension of payment period was accepted by the Company.
No 13. Is there provision for refund?
In the event of an application for refund by a purchaser, where the purchaser is yet to complete payment for his or her plot of land, the Company shall be entitled to a deduction of 30% of the amount paid as administrative charges.
The refund shall be processed and made payable to the purchaser after a period of 120 days from the date of request
No 14. When can I be allocated?
Every purchaser shall be allocated on the layout and given a Provisional Allocation letter subject to when they are ready to build.
Only those who are ready to build will be given physical Allocation provided they have completed payment for their Survey plan and
Development fee.
No 15. Can I pay cash to your agent?
Ans. We strongly advice that cash payment should ONLY be made to NEW APPLE CITY PROJECTS LTD at its designated Bank Accounts.
Otherwise, cheque(s) should be issued in favor of NEW APPLE CITY PROJECTS LTD or by direct transfer, we shall not accept any responsibility that may arise as a result of a deviated from the above instructions.
No 16. Who will manage the development of the estate after now?
The company in conjunction with the home owners association will further the development of Sunrise City. The company shall be the Estate Manager.
