2) The company can act as your agent to help you re-sell the property at an agreed agency fee.

Otherwise, cheque(s) should be issued in favor of NEW CONCEP PROJECTS ALLIANCE LTD or by direct transfer, we shall not accept any responsibility that may arise as a result of a deviated from the above instructions.
